The Lakes in WMG

Alligator sign: The signs have been placed to keep your eyes open because they pray on small animals. It has been reported of an alligator sighting at the Canal area. Please use extreme care with your children and pets. If you see one call 311 or Fish & Wildlife at 866-FWC-GATOR (866-392-4286). Please keep small dogs on leashes around the canal for safety.

Lakes Water: Everyone needs to understand that these are not natural lakes. They are man-made water retention ponds that people love to swim in. Please DO NOT THROW TRASH into the lakes. We have to pay to have this trash removed and the expenses will be passed on to homeowners. These lakes are chemically maintained in accordance with proper authorities so please do not feed the fish, turtles or ducks in the lake. Wear the correct form of sunblock to enter the lake. no oils.
