Board of Director's Meeting

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Annual and Election Members meeting of the Miami Lakes Windmill Gate HOA will be held at 7:00 PM on Thursday, April 21st, 2022.  NOTICE is also given that in accordance with the bylaws of the Association and Florida’s Homeowners Association Act, the Board of Directors of the Association will consider the adoption of the budget for the coming fiscal year 2022/2023 at the following date, time and place:


          Thursday, April 21st, 2022- 7:00 PM

ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION AGENDA

  1. The nomination and election of 5 Directors to the Board of Directors (candidates will be taken from the floor)

  2. Counting of the Votes, announcement of winners

  3. If a quorum (10% of members) has been attained, the order of business at the Annual and Election Members' meetings, shall be:


(a) Call to order

(b) Proof of notice of the meeting or waiver of notice;

(c) Reading or waiver of reading of minutes;

(d) Unfinished business;

(e) New business;

(f) Adjournment.

  1. Call to order;

  2. Proof of Notice of Meeting;

  3. Reading of minutes or waiver of reading of minutes;

  4. Comment and discussion by unit owners;

  5. Consideration of the budget;
